We had a great stay at Icon Hotel Taksim and would definitely recommend it. The breakfasts were very tasty with a good variety of food. There is convenient parking right in front of the hotel, which was perfect since we were traveling by car. There is also a supermarket and a car wash nearby, making everything very convenient. The hotel has two elevators, and we never had to wait for one. Our room was clean and comfortable, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and there was always plenty of hot water. The staff were available 24/7 and were incredibly helpful. We had an issue with noisy neighbors late at night, and every time we contacted the reception, they responded within about two minutes and immediately resolved the problem. Thanks to their quick action, we were able to get a good night’s sleep before our long drive. Overall, the service was excellent, the staff were professional and friendly, and we really enjoyed our stay. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul.
