We had a great stay at this hotel in Istanbul. The location was excellent, within walking distance of Hagia Sophia and the Blue Mosque, making it very convenient for sightseeing. The breakfast was delicious, and the rooftop dining area offered amazing views of the city. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist us. They helped us book taxis and arrange a Bosphorus cruise, which made our trip much easier. Housekeeping was provided daily, and the hotel was kept very clean throughout our stay. There were a few minor drawbacks. The bathroom was quite small, and the rooms tended to get very hot. Unfortunately, the air conditioning was not working very well, which made it uncomfortable at times. Overall, we had a pleasant experience and would recommend this hotel for its great location, beautiful views, helpful staff, and cleanliness
