Despite the positive reviews on Expedia, our experience was the complete opposite. Our suite was filthy, with hair everywhere—on the bed, the floor, and in the bathtub. There was dust throughout the room, mold in the bathtub, and the bed frames were stained with an unknown substance. The room was clearly not cleaned properly before our arrival. When we brought these issues to the staff's attention, we were told the reservation was non-refundable instead of being offered a meaningful solution. The condition of the room was unacceptable, and the way our complaint was handled made the experience even worse. I would never stay here again and would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
