I gave 5 star across the board on , rooms service etc. This is not a 5 star hotel and doesn't pretend to be. It has everything I needed and the room is great for me. Very spacious , comfortable, and clean. The reception folks are friendly and welcoming as are the staff in the bar and the open kitchen. The ladies in the open kitchen knock out great tasting well cooked fare. Again not 5 star al a carte but good tasty stuff! The views east are amazing out over the city and the most important Bosphorus strait. The top floor is all one suite and I had a look. Its a great spot for a group of 4! Outdoor terraces and plenty space. It is not perfect and doesn't pretend to be but all in all RECOMMENDED! I come to Istanbul once a year and this is my new hotel!
