Gülhanepark Hotel & Spa

My experience with this hotel was extremely disappointing. It was the worst hotel I have ever dealt with. The receptionists were rude, it is over-rated and over priced hotel, do not believe what is being written or reviewed positively about it interms of location, views, rooms & breakfast , all are vice versa, you only see the constructions in front of the hotel. . I booked my stay in good faith because I wanted to stay with my family, who had also booked this hotel. During the payment verification process, I followed the hotel’s instructions and updated my payment card as requested. Despite my efforts to comply, my reservations were canceled. I repeatedly contacted the hotel, explained my situation, and even asked them to reinstate the reservation because I was ready to pay using an acceptable payment method. Unfortunately, I felt that my concerns were not taken seriously, and no practical solution was offered. As a result of the cancellation, the price of the same rooms increased dramatically, making it impossible for me to rebook at a reasonable cost. This caused significant stress and disrupted my family’s travel plans. Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend this hotel. I hope the management improves its communication with guests and handles reservation issues more fairly and professionally in the future.
