Grand Washington Hotel

I chose Hotel Washington for my trip to Amsterdam. I stayed there recently, from June 20–23. However, my room was on the 3rd floor, and there was no elevator. The stairs were as steep as a hill. The staff at the front desk were very unpolite. They were reluctant to answer my questions. My room was very small, the bathroom smelled terrible, and the bed was awful. I woke up in the morning with back pain because the springs were digging into my lower back. And yet, I had gone there to enjoy a quality stay for 3–4 days. The room cleaning was a disaster! It was as if my room had never been cleaned at all. The staff and room cleanliness are very very poor. Anyone thinking of going there should think twice—or even a hundred times. Be sure to read the reviews. Since I was booking at the last minute, I hurriedly found this hotel and made a reservation. The only good thing is the location. It’s close to the train, tram, and bus stops. That's all.
