⭐☆☆☆☆ AVOID!!! Unfortunately, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. The biggest issue was the attitude and professionalism of the staff. Throughout my stay, I felt unwelcome and was often treated rudely when communicating in English. The hotel’s visitor policy was also handled poorly. I was told that visitors could not come to my room unless they were registered as guests, and on one occasion I was asked to pay an additional €50 for a visitor who was not even staying overnight. When I questioned this policy, a receptionist made an inappropriate comment in front of another guest who was checking in. I found this humiliating, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable. My final disappointment came on the morning of departure when I went to breakfast before a pre-booked tour pickup and was abruptly told to leave because breakfast started 30 minutes later. A more courteous and customer-focused approach would have been appreciated. While the location may be convenient, the poor customer service significantly impacted my stay. I checked out and booked alternative accommodation for the remainder of my stay in Istanbul. Based on my experience, I would not stay here again and cannot recommend it to other travelers.
