I had a very comfortable stay at the Grand Cevahir Hotel. I honestly slept better here than I have in quite some time. The room was clean, the bathroom was spacious, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The shower did drain a bit slowly, but in my opinion, that’s understandable for an older, larger hotel and didn’t take away from my overall experience. Room service was excellent. I highly recommend the grilled salmon with baked potatoes, Mediterranean walnut salad, and a bottle of water (approximately $50–70 USD). I also tried the sea bass with mixed vegetables and potatoes (approximately $30–40 USD), and it was absolutely delicious. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of several restaurants, a gas station, and a neighborhood park. I also had the opportunity to meet some wonderful people during my stay. The staff were welcoming, professional, and informative. As someone who only speaks English, I never felt that the language barrier was an issue—they were always willing to help. Overall, I had a great experience and would happily stay at the Grand Cevahir Hotel again.
