The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the overall service was very good, which is why I am giving it 4 stars. However, I had a very disappointing experience with an Arab receptionist. Her attitude was extremely rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. She was not only translating incorrectly, but was also changing what was being said and providing different information, which caused misunderstandings. What was most shocking was that she directly told us not to return to the hotel and not to return to Turkey. Such behavior is completely unacceptable and does not reflect the standards of the hotel or the hospitality of the Turkish people. I hope the hotel management takes this matter seriously, as the hotel itself deserves appreciation, but the behavior of this employee negatively affected our experience.
