Far from 5 stars imo. I booked 3 nights at Dosso Dossi for a quiet retreat after a procedure. Reception was nice but clearly had no haste or motivation. Lunch was decent at $33USD (2 kebabs,rice, veggies, a brownie and a water). I asked reception over 4 times to come fix my A/C and they were persistent in telling me to give it time (I gave it 1 hour) I had to come downstairs and ask for it to get fixed. They said a technician would come to take a look so I decided to wait in the lobby because it’s cooler down there. After waiting 2 more hours, I demanded I get immediate help. I was sweating and that’s not good for the procedure I’ve had (in which I mentioned all of this to staff) Free breakfast was enjoyable.
