So, the rooms are all right for the price, at least the one we got. Not perfect but ok. If you book with breakfast included, be sure to mention it repeatedly at the front desk when you get there, they seem to get some weird pleasure at denying you breakfast, which is not that great anyway, and that brings us to the personnel. There's a young girl, she's great, helpful and with a good uplifting attitude, they should give her a raise. Then there's two guys covering the front desk shift that seem to make it their business to make the guests as uncomfortable as possible, just rude and unpleasant. Back to the breakfast, we had to share a spoon because, even show showing it to him, it was impossible for the kid to get us another one, him being inside the kitchen, and had to beg for a bread refill. The location is great, really convenient to walk around the city, and with a tram really close by. So, if you need a cheap place to sleep, it does it's job (can't say the same for every person involved).
