The Cher Hotel & Spa in Istanbul is a well-located property that offers a generally pleasant stay experience. The room was very clean and well maintained, which made the stay comfortable. Housekeeping did an excellent job, and everything felt fresh and tidy throughout our visit. The reception staff were kind, welcoming, and very helpful whenever needed, which added a positive touch to the overall service experience. However, the breakfast was quite disappointing, especially for a foodie family. The buffet was small and had limited variety. One important detail we were not informed about at the beginning is that eggs and omelets need to be ordered separately, although there is no extra charge. Unfortunately, we only learned this after the first two days, which affected our breakfast experience. Additionally, there were no kid-friendly options such as pancakes or waffles, which would have been a nice addition. Overall, while the hotel excels in cleanliness, service, and staff friendliness, the breakfast offering could definitely be improved in terms of variety and clearer communication.
