Burdock Hotel Istanbul, Autograph Collection

I have stayed at Burdock Hotel Istanbul, Autograph Collection once a year for the past three years, and it has always been the first choice for me and my family whenever we visit Istanbul. The location is amazing, the rooms are modern and comfortable, and the staff has always been incredibly welcoming and professional. We also love the food and the bar, which have always been highlights of our stays. Unfortunately, our most recent stay was very disappointing because of ongoing issues with the air conditioning. We had to change rooms twice because the AC stopped working, which was extremely inconvenient and uncomfortable. One night, I even woke up drenched in sweat because the AC had stopped working while we were sleeping. Having reliable air conditioning during the summer heat in Türkiye is not a luxury; it is an absolute necessity. Having to repeatedly pack up and move rooms during what should have been a relaxing stay made the experience even more frustrating. I genuinely love this hotel, its location, the staff, the food, and the atmosphere, which makes this review especially disappointing to write. After choosing Burdock year after year, unfortunately, the repeated AC issues during this stay have made us decide that we will not be returning.
