Bon Hotel Hagia Sophia

The rooms smell of smoke continuously even if you open windows it dosent go away. I had 4 children with me and had booked 2 rooms. One of the rooms smells of smoke I have complained to the reception and SELIN who was there said she can’t do anything just incase someone in the other rooms are smoking and if she goes and asks them they will leave her a bad review. My 6 year old daughter vomitted the nights we were there due to the smell of the smoke in the rooms but SELIN said she can’t help. The other room A/c is on and it’s freezing but the remotes don’t work to turn it off and they said they can’t do anything. It’s freezing outside and raining and we have the A/C on either children in the room. Breakfast is up from 8 to 10.30 but at 9 breakfast is finished and there’s only the same 2 couples eating everyday no one else is there. So they give you breakfast but can’t cater to more than 4 people. When I went and asked about breakfast they said can’t do anything it’s finished. Staff here are useless and no point of talking to them. No one understands English and the ones that understand little English can’t help. BEWARE IF YOU WANT TO BOOK THEN PLEASE DONT AND SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. USELESS STAFF AND DONT WANT TO HELP.
