The hotel is clean and there are polite staff, but I live in Istanbul and my brothers were staying at the hotel. I would go back with them, drop off our things for a few minutes, and then leave. There is a person who works with a disgusting manner and is clearly racist, as if he owns the hotel. I want to clarify that the way you treat a customer is an investment because I am a customer who advises another customer, and that's how it builds relationships. But I really hated the treatment. What is this awfulness? Life isn't like this. After all, I didn't come to sleep for free, and the uncle's name is "Ahmed".
