We booked this apartment through an agency, and only a few apartments in the building are managed by them. We stayed in Apartment 45 on the second floor, with a terrace facing the back parking area. Pros: * Spacious apartment. * 24-hour security. * Clean and hygienic. * Fully equipped. * Underground parking garage included. * On the ground floor (-0 level), there is a supermarket and a restaurant, which is very convenient. However, prices there are higher than at supermarkets and restaurants in the local area. Cons: * The apartment feels quite dark due to the dark walls, furniture, and limited lighting. * The second bedroom does not have air conditioning. * The swimming pool was under renovation during our stay. * Although the agency had a card payment machine, they insisted on receiving payment in cash. Location: The location is convenient if you have a car. However, if you plan to rely on public transportation, I wouldn’t recommend staying here, as it’s not well connected.
