Avoid this hotel! Scams, mold, and terrible management. I booked this stay through a travel agency, but the experience was a nightmare. Main issues: Taxi Scam & Stress: The reception offered a "fixed price" taxi to the airport, which I paid for at the hotel. However, the driver insisted I hadn't paid. I had to spend my time and nerves proving I’d already settled the bill. It was a scam attempt that ruined my departure. Tour Failure: We booked a group dinner cruise through the hotel, but there weren't enough seats in the shuttle bus for the return trip. Management refused to compensate or even apologize for leaving people behind. Room Conditions: Many rooms are infested with mold. We had constant issues with hot water, broken lighting, and old, worn-out bed linen. Unprofessional Staff: The reception staff is dishonest. Instead of fixing problems, they ignore guests and focus on their personal matters. Do not waste your money or nerves here.
