The first major issue was the complete lack of parking. There were no available spaces at all, which was extremely inconvenient and not clearly communicated beforehand. When I talked this with the staff, their attitude made things worse-they were rude and acted as if this problem was somehow my fault. To make matters worse, I had already paid online, and due to their no-refund policy, I couldn't get my money back even though I chose not to stay. Overall, this was a frustrating experience from start to finish. If I could rate it, it would be 0/100. I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel.
