The batteries in the tv remote and the safe in the room were dead. We asked for them to be replaced the evening after we checked in, and they told us they will replace it the next morning. We came back in the late afternoon after some sightseeing, and none of the batteries were replaced, they said nothing about that, so we just gave up and used our luggage as a safe and bought batteries for the remote. After the first cleaning, one of my earplugs from next to the bed was gone. Otherwise the room is quite good with good noise isolation from the outside with the window closed.
