The hotel is absolutely fantastic. It's close to the city center and near to business bay metro station. The staff are wonderful, especially Mr. Mohammed and Mr. Abdul from reception. They were incredibly friendly and tried to make things easier for me. When Mr. Abdul saw me arriving tired from my trip, he did his best to make chick in for me, even though it was 5 hours before my check-in time. He did everything to provide the suite for me in just 1 hour. He also checked with me daily to make sure everything was okay. I would also order some shipments to the hotel and receive them late, after his shift. He checked with me in the morning to see if I had received them. He is truly a wonderful man who cares about all the hotel guests, and I saw that with my eyes. The suite was clean and well-organized, with a full kitchen, washing machine, two bathrooms, and a living room with TV. Breakfast was very good and varied, with everything you could want on a wonderful morning in Dubai. I also used the gym hall there, it has everything you could want. Totally It was truly a wonderful experience and will be a great choice in Dubai.
