had a mixed experience at this place. On the positive side, the room was very clean and spacious. The best part about it is the location—you can walk directly into Dubai Mall right by the Chinatown section, which was incredibly convenient However, the service was quite disappointing. The baby crib they provided was broken, and it was very difficult to get in touch with anyone or find someone to assist us with this issue.
