DO NOT STAY HERE! BIG WARNING ‼️ This was a terrible and deeply disappointing experience. This hotel looks nothing like the photos shown online. We stayed from December 29 to January 3 for a total of five nights. Because we booked early, we paid 2,600 AED in total. Considering the location is about 3 km from the New Year’s Eve celebration area, we initially thought the price was reasonable. However, the problems started the moment we entered the room. We immediately saw three cockroaches crawling around. The floors were extremely dirty — so dirty that walking barefoot would turn your feet black. The bathroom was in the same condition. I was genuinely worried about bed bugs, although fortunately we did not encounter any. We contacted management and asked them to provide tape, so we were forced to seal the drain openings ourselves. Only after blocking the drains did the number of insects decrease. Guests should never have to handle pest control on their own. Waiting for the elevators took an average of 10 minutes every day, which was highly inconvenient. In addition, the building has a strong and unpleasant smell, likely caused by a fried Indian snack shop located immediately to the right of the entrance. After our stay, I checked the prices online and was shocked to see that some guests were paying up to 3,865 AED per night. I honestly cannot imagine what those guests would think — at that price, this would be nothing short of a disaster. Overall, this property failed to meet even the most basic standards of cleanliness, comfort, and value. I would strongly advise future guests to stay elsewhere.
