The best thing about this building is the location and easy access. You are 10 minutes away from Ibn Batuta and 5 minutes from Marina mall. The building is well maintained, the rooms are furnished fairly. The swimming pool is good but has no shaded area and most loungers are broken and it open only from 8 to 19:00, however the guard is a very nice guy and helpful. Parking lots are available. The team at the desk are helpful whenever you need them specially the Technician who attended right away when I had problem with the AC. The security guard is also good. The drying clothes rack is very small so I had to buy one.
