Becareful Some landlords have not paid service charge without which you cant register ejari, make sure all service charges are paid before renting. The owner also wants to push maintenance on tenant, the building looked good, but because of service charges not being paid i chose to not rent here

- This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform Stylish 1BR - Murad Tower near Mall of Emirates - MRD in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of AED 700 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. It's mandatory for the guest to provide passport copies or emirates IDs, front and back side atleast 48 hours prior to check in date. Failing to do so will result of refusal of entry and no refund or compensation will be provided to the guest.
