Stylish 1-Bedroom with Lake View in Business Bay

I normally do not leave negative reviews, but my experience with Vibel Stay Vacation Homes in Dubai was extremely disappointing and stressful. I stayed in their apartment for 14 nights in April 2026 at Aykon City. Unfortunately, problems started almost immediately after check-in. First, I requested an access card for the gym facilities, but despite asking multiple times, it was never provided. Later, I accidentally got locked outside of the apartment because the door shuts automatically. I stepped out briefly to throw away trash, and the door locked behind me while my phone and personal belongings remained inside. I understand that lockout situations can happen, however I do believe guests should be properly informed in advance about how easily the door locks. I contacted the company for assistance, and although they eventually opened the apartment, I was charged 200 AED for access to the unit. At check-out, I was informed that the remaining 300 AED from my 500 AED security deposit would be refunded within 14 days. It has now been over a month, and despite repeated follow-ups through WhatsApp and email, I still have not received the remaining deposit or any proper explanation regarding the delay. Communication after check-out has been extremely poor, and most messages have been ignored. Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend this company to future tenants. I strongly advise guests to carefully clarify all deposit terms, refund timelines, extra charges, and access policies before booking. Very disappointing experience overall.
