I rarely leave negative reviews, but this time I simply cannot stay silent. I have been living in this building for the past couple of years, and I want to make a serious complaint about the maintenance service, the staff, and the overall condition of the property. Every time you call maintenance, there is always an excuse. They are either “having lunch” or “changing shifts.” As a result, you usually have to wait 30–45 minutes before anyone even arrives. Then, after they finally come, they leave again to get their tools, which takes another 15–20 minutes. In total, you end up wasting around an hour of your time just waiting for maintenance to start doing their job. This is completely unacceptable. What makes the situation even worse is the attitude of the staff. They are often rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. Instead of trying to help residents, they make you feel like you are disturbing them by asking them to do their job. Good customer service seems to be completely lacking. Unfortunately, this is only one of many ongoing issues in the building. The gym equipment has not been properly upgraded or replaced for years. We have two treadmills that are constantly breaking down, and they are rarely repaired properly. Light bulbs regularly burn out and are left unreplaced for long periods. The hallways often smell unpleasant and are not cleaned to an acceptable standard. There are recurring problems with cockroaches and rubbish around the building. For the service charges residents pay, the level of maintenance and management is extremely disappointing. The building deserves much better management and much higher standards of cleanliness, maintenance, and customer service. I sincerely hope management takes these issues seriously and starts making real improvements instead of continuing to ignore residents’ complaints.
