I booked this place for my elderly in-laws who are here to visit us for a month as it is close to where we live and is a convenient location to many shops. Unfortunately from the very first day, they experienced pest issues of cockroaches in the house. Silkhaus management sent pest control twice but the problem of pests continue to persist and they’re not able to provide any further solutions. Furthermore, each time they send pest control, it leaves behind harmful fumes and my in-laws have to leave the house for 6 hours after that. This is a long term stay and my in-laws will now have to live in conditions that are unhygienic and unsafe for them. Extremely poor service from Silkhaus which has made us wary and we would not book any places from them again.
