I stayed at Sheraton Mall of the Emirates for 5 days with comfort and great hospitality. Upon check in, I was pleasantly offered with a complimentary room upgrade, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The hotel has been recently renovated, and the rooms are modern, stylish, spacious, and comfortable. The staff were warm, attentive, and willing to provide the assistance. The hotel has a direct and seamless access to Mall of the Emirates which I consider the second-best mall in Dubai. Having world-class shopping, dining, and entertainment just steps away added great convenience to my trip. The location is also ideal with about 15–25 minutes from downtown and 10–15 minutes from Palm Jumeirah making it easy to explore the city’s top attractions. Unfortunately, the breakfast buffet didn’t meet my expectations due to food limitation/ variety and I had to skip it. I would be happily to have the experience again and highly recommend it to both business/ leisure travelers.
