Radisson Beach Resort Palm Jumeirah

I’m writing this review because of one interaction with Kush. We arrived without a booking, which could have easily become a stressful situation. Instead, Kush handled everything with such professionalism, confidence, and genuine warmth that the entire experience immediately changed. Not only did she find a solution, but she also managed to secure an amazing room with a beautiful view. What impressed me most was not the room itself—it was her customer service. Her communication was exceptional. She was polite, approachable, socially intelligent, and knew exactly how to make guests feel welcomed and valued. Every part of the interaction felt effortless, yet it was clear that she genuinely cared about delivering a great experience. In fact, her customer service was so good that I found myself wanting to write about that interaction rather than the hotel. The room was fantastic, but the way she handled the situation is what stayed with me. Great hotels can be found in many places; memorable customer service is much rarer. Kush is the kind of employee who elevates a guest’s entire experience and leaves a lasting impression. She is a true example of top-tier hospitality and a credit to Radison Palm Jumeirah.
