Pullman Dubai Jumeirah Lakes Towers

My wife and I stayed at Pullman JLT for two nights and it turned out to be an amazing experience from start to finish. The moment that stood out the most was during check-in. Aliah noticed from my ID that my birthday was the next day. A little while after we got to our room, she came with one of her colleagues and surprised me with a birthday cake. It was such a thoughtful gesture and really made my day. Pullman also upgraded us to an Executive Room, which was a lovely surprise. The room was spacious, comfortable, and made our stay feel even more special. The hotel itself has a very elegant and luxurious feel, and everything was well maintained. The service throughout our stay was exceptional. Breakfast was one of the highlights, not only was there a great variety of food, but the staff were constantly checking if we needed anything and making sure we were enjoying our meal. On our last morning, the breakfast manager even surprised us with a delicious peanut butter dessert made especially for us. It was a gesture that we genuinely appreciated. A special thank you to Aliah for going above and beyond throughout our stay. She was incredibly kind, helpful, and always made sure we had everything we needed. Before checkout, we mentioned that we had spent most of my birthday out exploring Dubai and hadn't had much time to enjoy the hotel. We asked if a late checkout was possible, and Pullman very kindly accommodated us with a complimentary late checkout, which allowed us to relax and make the most of the facilities before leaving. It's the little touches and genuine hospitality that make a hotel stand out, and Pullman JLT certainly delivered. Thank you to Aliah and the entire team for making my birthday celebration so memorable. We will definitely be back on our next visit to Dubai. Highly recommended!
