I stayed with a friend. We booked 3 nights as a single bed. And we booked for another 7 days but wanted to change to a double bed. So we went to ask the staff at the counter. What can I do? Because I added the check-in date. The staff gave the answer that to pack up and check out at noon and wait for a new check-in at 2 p.m. This is really the solution here? I’ve just met here. I‘ve stayed at Premier Inn before, but different branches. That place is very good. The service staff is good at everything. But I have to move to work. So I chose here because I saw that Premier Inn is the same. But I was very disappointed with the staff here. If you don’t understand what the customer wants to communicate, you should ask for understanding, not to send the customer back first. You should respect the customer more because we didn‘t come to ask for free
