As a fellow Accor Heartist, I truly appreciate the importance of genuine hospitality and guest experience. My stay at Novotel World Trade Centre Dubai was excellent from start to finish. I would like to extend my sincere appreciation to GSA Aminah for her warm welcome, professionalism, and exceptional service. She made the check-in process smooth and made me feel genuinely valued as a guest.
