I had recently visited and had an absolutely wonderful dining experience at Flying Elephant Restaurant, Novotel Al Barsha. From the moment we arrived until the end of our meal, the entire team ensured everything was seamless and memorable. A special mention to Mr. Vikas Sehgal, who went above and beyond to accommodate every possible request with genuine warmth and professionalism. His dedication to guest satisfaction truly made our experience exceptional. A heartfelt thank you to Yash, who took excellent care of our reservation and ensured everything was perfectly organized from start to finish. His attention to detail and hospitality were truly commendable. We would also like to appreciate Diken, who was exceptional in ensuring all our meals and drinks were served promptly and efficiently throughout our visit. His attentiveness and friendly service added greatly to our overall experience. Kudos to the entire team for delivering outstanding hospitality. Team members like Mr. Vikas Sehgal, Yash, and Diken are true assets to the property and reflect the high standards of service that make guests want to return. Highly recommended, and we look forward to visiting again soon!
