🚨 Hidden charges, zero service, and a filthy villa — beware! So many red flags with this company! No one answers calls or messages — their phone’s switched off until you literally track someone down. They take a 2,000 AED “deposit” that’s never mentioned on Agoda after the booking is confirmed and paid for, then try to deduct from it for “wall damages” caused by their own team. The villa was infested with ants and cockroaches, and the outdoor area was too filthy to use. Unprofessional, dishonest, and unhygienic — book elsewhere and save yourself the headache.
