I would like to sincerely thank the entire team. A very special thank you goes to the two reception staff members, Samridi and Nuliet. Both were consistently exceptionally friendly, always smiling, and brought a lot of positive energy through their warm and welcoming attitude. In particular, Samtidi has a beautiful, heartfelt smile that immediately makes the stay more pleasant. They took plenty of time to carefully address my request from the very first day and successfully resolved it. Throughout my entire stay, they were extremely helpful, professional, and regularly checked in to ensure I was comfortable and did not need anything else. I would also like to sincerely thank the two housekeeping team members, Rohit and Aruna. They cleaned the room every day very thoroughly, reliably, and with great attention to detail. Many thanks to all four for the outstanding service. Such dedicated, warm, and professional staff make the stay especially enjoyable. I would be very happy to come back again!
