I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at Millennium in Dubai has been extremely disappointing. The service has been consistently slow, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable for a hotel that claims to offer quality hospitality. Imagine checking into an apartment with five TVs and discovering that not a single remote control was provided. Five televisions are essentially useless without remotes. This basic oversight should never happen. To make matters worse, the oven doesn’t work at all, which is a serious issue, especially when staying in an apartment where guests expect to be able to prepare meals. What is even more frustrating is how slowly these issues have been handled. Instead of resolving problems promptly, I have had to waste my vacation chasing the staff for things that should have been ready before I arrived. This experience has fallen far below expectations and certainly does not reflect the standards of a reputable hotel. Poor maintenance, poor attention to detail, and very poor customer service have turned what should have been a relaxing stay into a frustrating one. I would not recommend this property unless management makes significant improvements to both its service standards and quality control.
