I have been living here for 3 years now, and everything was good until the management changed and they just care about making money. I cannot get my car washed in the parking now, they removed the guest parking area, and they tried multiple times to trick me into illegally increasing the rent and changing the clauses of the contract to offload their maintenance responsibilities.
