DO NOT RECOMMEND I stayed from February 28, 2026 to April 28, 2026, and the service was extremely poor, with consistently slow response times throughout my stay. The rental pricing was also inconsistent and unreasonable: February: AED 7,500 March: AED 6,500 (during a conflict period, when many similar properties significantly reduced their rates) April: Initially offered AED 6,500, then decreased to AED 5,500 after extensive back and forth At that point, I chose to leave. I was able to move to a much nicer, premium area (Dubai Hills) for just over AED 4,000. The pricing approach here feels excessive and disconnected from market rates, only decreasing after prolonged negotiation. A more transparent, data-driven pricing strategy would be far more appropriate. Regarding the deposit: AED 2,500 was deducted, allegedly for damage to the lock and paintwork. However, no prior evidence or photos were provided to show the condition before my stay, so these claims are unsubstantiated. Additionally, the apartment was not properly maintained. There was a significant buildup of dust when I moved in. I left the apartment in a much cleaner condition than when I arrived. I even had to purchase a new toilet brush because the one provided was in an unacceptable and unhygienic state. I have opened a case with consumer rights authorities. To avoid similar issues, I recommend booking through more transparent platforms where pricing, service, and protections are clearer.
