I had a very disappointing experience with Hassani Group. I stayed in their building for 2 years. After vacating my flat on 10th April, I was shocked to receive a charge of AED 5,800 for a flat that is not mine. The email they sent mentioned Flat 312, while my actual flat is completely different. This clearly shows incorrect information from their side. When I asked for my refund, instead of resolving the issue, I was told to pay this wrong amount. I also received threatening calls saying legal action, travel ban, and police case would be taken, which is very unprofessional and stressful. I request the management to review their records properly, correct the mistake, and treat customers with respect. Very bad experience.
