⭐⭐️ Amazing staff! I lost my earring in the pool and thought it was gone forever. I told the lifeguard and reception, and they immediately jumped in to help me find it. The lifeguard was so kind and didn’t give up until they found it! They even called me right away as soon as they found it. Such honest, caring, and proactive service. Thank you so much to the whole team! You made a stressful moment so much better. Will definitely be back 💙
