- Check-in Process: This is a self-check-in property. You may check in at our standard check-in time (4 PM onwards).
- Minimum Check-in Age: Guest must be at least 18 years old to check in.
- Late Check-in Surcharge: For check-ins after 21:00, an AED 150 surcharge applies and must be paid in advance. This is a mandatory requirement from building management that a GuestReady representative must be present at the time of check-in. Please share your arrival time with us in advance to avoid any delays.
- ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed to ensure a smooth check-in.
- No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigaret butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply.
- Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800.
- Housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional feeThis property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required.
