The receptionist guy was so rude,how they can treat customers like this! I was talking to him in a respectful manner and voice asking the details of check in and had informed him due to my health condition (just got surgery)and need have comfortable place to stay for 1 week. However he responded me “HOW COME??! “ that was so ridiculous and saying a lot of things which is useless for me and not helping me in my condition!! I definitely not recommending this hotel as the staffs has no empathy and no respect at all!!! To you the receptionist guy!!! You need extra training on how to deal with your client or customer!!
