Mr Reghu at reception has given us poor service. We called him several times and not helping us. The room service is very poor. Not good to stay here. Water heater is not working in all the four bedrooms. Water leaking from one bedroom bathroom into the room. When we called them to help , very slow response. Inspite of paying huge amount, not worth the stay . Except for the indoor pool and outside pool
