First Central Hotel Suites

I genuinely wanted to give this hotel 5 stars because several staff members were truly exceptional and made my stay enjoyable. However, my experience was significantly affected by an issue with an employee named Hilarideen Ramlan, who handled my refund process very poorly. Unfortunately, the refund process became stressful and frustrating, as I received an incorrect refund amount and have not received any response to my follow-up emails. What made the situation even more disappointing was the lack of response or action from the manager, Shinoy Pookkottil, despite my attempts to resolve the issue. It is genuinely unfortunate because the hotel has some extraordinary staff members who provide excellent service, but experiences like this changed what could have been a great stay into a very disappointing one.
