Ecos Dubai Hotel at Al Furjan

Very disappointing experience — would not recommend My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. I found bugs on the bed, which is completely unacceptable for any hotel, regardless of its rating or price. What made the situation even worse was the response from the management. Instead of taking the concern seriously and addressing it professionally, I was told that the bugs could have come from my luggage, which I found extremely inappropriate and disrespectful. The housekeeping manager’s attitude was particularly unprofessional and made an already unpleasant situation even worse. I expected basic hygiene, cleanliness, and respectful customer service, but unfortunately, I did not receive any of these. A hotel should take responsibility for hygiene issues and handle guest complaints with professionalism rather than trying to shift the blame onto the guest.
