Hotel was good, food at lounge was really good as always... staff at lounge or housekeeping staff... everybody was good.. But had a really bad experience the way Mr. Diyan behaved at checkin desk/ reception. His behaviour was very rude and biased. Dint expected something like this in Dubai or Middle East where people welcomes you like a guest with a smile and warmth.
