We had a great stay overall. The rooms were spotless, the beds were very comfy, and the connecting family rooms offered a helpful level of privacy. Breakfast was fresh and tasty, with an excellent fruit selection. While the staff were professional, heavy rush periods impacted service—we had to call multiple times to get follow-ups on our orders. It was also difficult to get a late check-out, which was surprising given the hotel was at less than 40% occupancy. Despite these minor operational hiccups, it remains a very good hotel with great value for money.
