Damac Maison Prive Deluxe Studio with Burj-khalifa view

Update 8/Aug If you’re planning to buy or rent in tower A, stay away from it. Constant water problem on this side of the tower, especially tower A. The last 10 days Water has been cut-off three times for more than 12 hours, and there is no proper communication. They just stick some poster on elevator or at the reception. How do we freaking plan these things? There is always water in the swimming pool and enough water to clean the facade but problem exists for usage in the apartment. Update 21/Jun: OMG get your freaking security trained. They are such a useless pain in the neck. They just sip tea coffee and stop everyone to ask if we are staying here. What the hell is wrong with you, this is Dubai, don’t make it difficult. Original review: 7/Jun All good except security. They need to be trained on knowing that the Airbnb will keep changing the residents. If they don’t know, it’s their job to know who are staying instead of asking just because they did not see us before. Pathetic excuse. Overall, the location is the highlight of this place - in the downtown, studio are smaller compared to other buildings in the area but beautiful view of the canal from few apartments. Gym is mediocre with few machines not working. AC works good during the peak summer. Covered Parking available. Reception is okay, fast to provide access cards when checking in. There’s a Carrefour next doors, smaller one but most essentials available. Pool is large and good. Overall decent experience with the exception of bad security and smaller rooms.
