Shocking Lack of Common Sense & Terrible Management ​If you value basic hotel standards and basic safety, do NOT stay here. ​We booked a studio in advance, only to be told at check-in that it was unavailable. They moved us to another room and promised a second key card the next day. What followed was total negligence by the reception staff, specifically Kim and Glin. ​My partner returned to the hotel after work before me, and they point-blank refused to give her a key card to access our room. Instead, they wasted 30 minutes forcing her to download a mobile app to unlock the door. ​Here is the absolute kicker: without a physical key card in the wall slot, the room has ZERO power. My partner was left stranded in a completely dark, hot room with no lights or electricity, eventually having to come all the way to my office just to get my key card. ​When I came back later and spoke to a different staff member, he handed me a second card in 5 seconds with zero hassle. When asked why Kim and Glin put my partner through that entire ordeal, he couldn't even give an explanation and just said, "I don't know." ​Untrained staff, zero internal communication, and leaving a paying guest in total darkness because of arbitrary, senseless rules. Absolutely unacceptable service for Al Barsha. Never coming back.
