I lived here for 2 years. I had the worse ever experience in dubai after 6 years in the city. The community management of the buildings are just terrible, they have awful suppliers for A/C as well. This company called AquaCool is a complete scam, and their payments system is not reliable Kaizen management is unprofessional, not responsive and track your every moves but when it comes to help you for any requests, they will always put the responsibility on you. Avoid at all cost to live here. I finally moved out and it’s a relief
